Bailey's Litter is here!
Bailey and Heath welcomed a small
litter on 5/4. I do have a couple people on
the waitlist for this litter. I will be reaching out
to them first before offering any
available puppies here. Please check back in 1-2 weeks.
This is a co-owned litter with Southern Dachshunds.

Our Story
At Brit's Doxie Crossing, we are building our reputation as a trusted Miniature Dachshund Breeder in Central Texas.
We are a small family run hobby operation. Our love for Dachshunds started in the early '90s!
In 2020 we started searching for our perfect friend to add to the family.
Quickly there after we began our journey toward growing a breeding program.
We have carefully selected from reputable breeders to create our own home program.
All of our breeders are part of our family and raised with lots of love and care.
Breeders are raised indoor and then come in and out as they mature.
Puppies whelped here are hand raised by my family and live strictly indoor.
We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health
and temperament of all our Miniature Dachshunds.
Breeding stock is health tested through Wisdom and Embark.
We also use GenSol and UC Davis for breed specific testing.
Our newest venture is participating in AKC sporting events.
We attended our first Field Trials in December 2023 and
our second Field Trial in early February.
** As of 3/24/24, Ivan is titled in Novice Interiors, Containers and Buried!!**
We are taking a break from competing in nosework for the Summer.
We will pick back up in the Fall.
We signed Ivan up for his first FastCAT late April and are working on
picking up points toward his BCAT.
Ivan will also be running in another FastCAT event late May.
I'm hoping to run my females in FastCAT in the Fall.
I currently attend nose work classes with Ivan (pictured above)
and train under an AKC judge.
Our goal is to continue to title this stud in various sports
and provide a sporting line of smooth and wire hair pups in 2025.
